Beekeeping Field Day
A field day for aspiring and practising beekeepers. The group will visit 3 beekeepers in Apollo Bay and Marengo with Langstroth, Warre, and Flow Hives, and discuss the design, management, and pros and cons of each system. If the weather is favourable we will do at least one hive inspection.
Participants must bring their own protective gear. Afternoon tea and transport between properties is included, and tickets are $15, or $10 for current members of the Otways Permaculture Group.
