Olive Preserving Workshop
Join us as we go over several different ways of curing and preserving green and black olives, along with tastings, so you know what to expect. This workshop will take the mystery out of the process and give you the knowledge of how to create delicious additions to your antipasto platters.
Your host, Maria Ciavarella, will share her great knowledge on this fine art so you will be an olive aficionado before you know it! Just bring yourself, all necessary ingredients will be provided.
