Permabee at Katerina’s place – Permaculture Out West (POW)

Come together with others to garden, share knowledge and a meal at Katerina’s permabee. A permabee is a working bee in someone’s garden, implementing a design that incorporates permaculture principles.

This permabee will be at Katerina and Joel’s place in Seddon. They’ve decided to give their established garden a complete overhaul and we’ll be:

• setting up 6 new wicking beds
• planting
• grafting
• espaliering trees and possibly an apple arch!

Each shift will start with a short explanation of the design and the permaculture ideas behind it plus a skill demonstration. Sign up for one or both shifts plus a shared lunch provided by Katerina and Joel to say thank you.

Please book into the shifts you want to attend at Humanitix – this includes booking for lunch. The address will be sent to you by email once you register.

On the day, please bring your own gardening gloves and digging tools (named), a water bottle, gardening shoes/boots and weather appropriate clothing.
